Itemised quotations detail the equipment costs and options we have discussed with you. As each item is priced individually you can see how costs will vary if you change your requirements. If you need it we can provide a marquee layout, showing how tables, chairs, dance floors and other furnishings can be arranged, as well as how the marquee fits in your space.
Detailed order confirmations mean that you know exactly what to expect, and how much it will cost you.
Efficient delivery. Nearer the time we fix convenient delivery and collection schedules, and fine-tune any other arrangements.
24 Hour call out. We are always available during your event. You will be given an emergency callout number by our foreman when your marquee is erected. You can also call the office at any time, and if we are not there our out of hours message will give you an emergency number.
For more complex events you may wish to have one of our staff in attendance. Our attendants are well trained & equipped to cope with most eventualities. They are also extremely helpful, and frequently perform well beyond the call of duty. On one occasion our attendant towed several cars out of the mud in the car park (field) and then provided an informal mini bus service to the nearby hotel for those let down by the local taxi company.
